No real money gambling occurs on this Platform. No deposits are accepted. No withdrawals are issued. No cash prizes, monetary rewards, or items of real-world value can be won. All in-game currency, points, trophies, badges, and rewards are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Platform.
The simulated gameplay mechanics are designed to recreate the cinematic excitement of competitive sports entertainment. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, transferring accounts, or using automated systems to access the Platform is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so that we can communicate with you about important updates.
The Platform may include virtual currency, virtual goods, trophies, badges, and other digital items (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, for your personal entertainment use within the Platform. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of real-world value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be modified, removed, or expired at any time without compensation. Any attempt to sell, trade, or exchange Virtual Items outside the Platform is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to game mechanics, source code, visual designs, animations, audio, the Anglitfuncove name, the Game-Sport-Slot brand, logos, the "Stadium Engine," and all related trademarks — is the exclusive property of Anglitfuncove Interactive Oy or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
By submitting any content, suggestion, idea, or feedback to us (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Anglitfuncove a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such content into the Platform without compensation. You represent that any User Content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms.
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, software updates, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or the entire Platform at any time without notice and without liability.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or abuse; legal or regulatory request; or extended inactivity (24+ months). Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately and any Virtual Items associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anglitfuncove Interactive Oy, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed €100 EUR. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anglitfuncove Interactive Oy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and we agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating any legal action. Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Finland. You retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notification where reasonably possible. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
